KFZ Variable Frequency Pulverizing & Granulating Machine

Purpose

KFZ series pulverizing and granulating machine is applicable to the processing industry such as pharmacy, food, fine chemical engineering; to pulverizing and granulating of coarse granule raw materials, blocky raw materials, unconventional tablets; to pulverizing and recycling of strong heat-sensitive food and cream biscuits etc.

Principle

When entering inner chamber of the machine, materials form vortex fluid, produce strong eccentric force and diffuse towards screen bucket hole surface under action of high speed rotation of pulverizing knives. Meanwhile, high-speed clearance shearing and squeezing between pulverizing knives and screen bucket as well as shattering of materials themselves make materials smaller. Materials are discharged from the mesh under the action of centrifugal force. According to different requirements for mesh number, various screen buckets are available to meet the best granule requirements.
