General introduction:
As a batch type industrial production emulsified equipment, liftable high shear emulsifier homogenizer can handle range from 20-2000L. It narrow the particle size of the liquid and solid materials through mechanical external force, distributing one or several phase to another continuous phase quickly and evenly with dispersing, homogenizing and emulsifying effect. The working head which made of superior steel use the newly double sucking design. The equipment is manufactured in imported CNC center and pass the static and dynamic balance test which guarantee it’s steady working. The equipment is in sample structure with truckle in the bottom and lift support and convenient to move.
Principle
With high-precision processing technology and high collaboration between rotor and stator, the powerful motor rotates in high speed and generates vacuum room between rotor and stator, then the materials are sucked from the top and bottom of rotor and stator. The rotor powered by strong motion energy generate high tangential speed and thus the materials will spurt to cause turbulence after being intensively crashed, crushed, centrifugally extruded, liquid layer attrition and strongly sheared. The material will eventually become stable emulsion after a certain time repeat depolymerization, dispersion, homogenization, refinement and shearing with moderate emulsifier and mature technology.
