Low Dew Point Rotary Dehumidifier BRL Series

Low Dew Point Rotary Dehumidifier normally uses double rotors system.  After air is pre-dehumidified by first grade rotors, the air is cooled by surface air cooler and then undergo second grade rotors, thus the work condition needed by customers is reached. After two treatments, the dew point of the air generally reaches -30°C to -70°C. The equipment is applicable to lithium batteries, glass composites, electronic assembly, biochemistry, military aerospace, tire rubber and other fields.

l The low-temperature rotary dehumidifier has the advantages of thorough dehumidification, compact structure, precise control, and good anti-cold bridge effect.

l speed of the wind against rotors：1.3~1.5m/s.

l The maximum dehumidification capacity is tested in accordance with the extreme summer conditions, at a temperature of 36°C and a relative humidity of 75%.

l Take 10%~15% of the total air volume as new air volume for test.

l The equipment uses steam heating, hot water auxiliary heating, heat pump auxiliary heating and other heating methods for regeneration.

l The equipment uses water cooling coils and heat pump cooling for cooling method.

l The equipment can be designed and manufactured according to the customer's on-site operating conditions.
