New generation energy saving jet mill

●Miyou introduced German technology to develop a new generation of energy-saving air jet mill. Under the same installed power and material size ,which can increased 15%~35% products and achieved the effect of energy saving.

●The materials are pulverized under the condition of pneumatic expansion and the temperature in the milling cavity is kept normal without rising.

●The whole process is contamination-free as the materials are moved by the air flow and ground by the impact and collision among themselves without involving any media.

●Applied to materials with Moh‘s hardness above grade 9, since the milling effect only involvs the impact and collision among the grains rather than the collision with the wall

●Ajustable particle size from 0.3μm to 35μm and output is 5～1500kg/h

● Fully automatice control could be realized Superfine Powder as such advanced technology as touch-sensitive screen and programmable controller (PLC) are used in the unit.
