HOW TO USE:Take medication with water or milk.Take medication orally with or without food. If you have difficulty to swallow tablet, break the tablet in two pieces and after swallow it.

PHARMACOKINETICS OF NICORANDIL: Nicorandil is the potassium channel opener drug, and by this Nicorandil cause vasodilation of the blood vessels.Because of vasodilatation of the blood vessels the blood flow into heart increases and prevents the heart problem.Nicorandil well absorbed after oral administration, and absorbed in GI track and reaches its peak plasma concentration in 30to60 minutes. The bioavaibility of Nicorandil is 75%.The half-life of Nicorandil is approximately 1 hour.Only 1% of Nicorandil is excreted unchanged by the urination.

SIDE EFFECTS OF NICORANDIL:The common side effects of Nicorandil are headache, flushing, nausea, vomiting, felling sick, and dizziness.If the serious side effects like stomach ulcers, paining eye, eye ulcer, pain on skin, blood in your stool being sick, and loss of appetite contact you doctor and tell about the problems.
