PHARMACOKINETICS OF Nifedipine:Nifedipine is almost absorbed ingastrointestinal tract.The half life of Nifedipine is about 2 hours.Nifedipine is 92-98% protein bound in serum.Peak plasma concentration of Nifedipine is approximately 10mg/ml.Nifedipine is 60% to 80% eliminate by urine.
