Open Bag Feding and Conveying Project

This system consists of a big bag feedrg station(vibratng silo type), a cnusher, a smal bag opening station,a dust rormroval system, a pneumatic star rotary valve,and a trough screw conveyor

The prrciple is that the large bag cf materials is lifed to the top of the hig bag feedrg stalon (vihratng silo type)through the electric hoist,and the urbagged materials fall hrough the side door. Afer being crushed by the crusher,it eners the small bag feeding station. The dust produced by the leeding of the srnall bag feeding station and the broken cst are processed by the dust rernova and tiltratcn and ccllecticn system The materia in the smat bag feeding station is removed fren iron (magnete separation box adsorption iron),and Under the action of the star rotary vave, it is transferred to the trough screw conveyor and sent to the next station.
