Parylene is a completely linear , highly crystalline structure material. Under  vacuum  it can “grow up”the completely polymer film coating on the surfaces of base material  with its active molecules,  it can  coat to the surfaces of various shapes. The film coating with 0.1-100um thickness,  deposition  at room temperature, is uniform on thickness, dense without pinhole, transparent without stress, without process additives used, without damage to the workpiece and with excellent electric insulativity and protection, viewed as the most effective barrier material for moisture proof, mould proof, corrosion prevention and salt fog protection.
