Glass vials can be plastic coated by PVC (60% plastisol) to a thin layer of plastic coating around the glass in about 0.3mm thickness, the plastic coating provide strong protection against shock, the process meets the EC directive 75/324/CEE for packing aerosol product, to provide extra protection against internal pressure. The coating is an effective shield out light and UV and a good surface for other finishing technique such as printing and hot stamping.
