Research Drections

Based on the sufficient study and analysis of domestic and foreign current situation, requirements and development trend of precision manufacturing and measuring technology, we have been developing the precision measuring and surface quality evaluation technologies etc. In addition, our main research directions contain testing technology of aeronautic inertial guidance equipment, motion simulation product, precision/ultra precision positioning and driving technology, design and manufacturing technology of accurate components, special equipments of precision manufacturing and measuring of various complex parts, inertial devices, inertial guidance testing, motion simulation, servo systems and accurate coupling parts etc.

           Currently, the miniature composite special measuring machine (Agility) and the optical spot scanning coordinate measuring machine (PEARL-OSM) have already been developed to meet the requirements of measuring and testing in the field of aeronautics. Both of them can perform rapid and accurate measurement of complicated parts such as blades, nozzles and casings etc, which have been regarded as the measurement and test technology support to other key institutions and factories in the aviation field.
