Spice powder grinding mill

General Introduction: This machine is designed by our-own, It’s a newly high efficiency powder producing machine. Widely used in chemistry, dyestuff, dope, pharmaceutical, foodstuff industries with the features of general function, compact structure, stability, low power consumption, widely applications, easy maintenance, etc. No pollution after de-dusting. It’s an ideal complete equipment for Environmental Protection. The Grinding Chamber also equip with water-cooling system combined with air-cooling, avoid the damage to the products caused by the high-temperature inside the chamber.

Structure & Working Principle:The products enter into the grinding chamber through the hopper. The product, impacted by the high-speed rotary grinding discs/hammers, been thrown into the fixed Gear Rings, then been bounced and sheared. Meanwhile, under the impact, cut, rubbing force by turns, the material is micronized well. Under the negative pressure from the Blower and Impeller, the powder are absorbed into the cyclone through the sieve, pipes for discharging. And some mini-powder dust is collected by the pulse de-duster.

Advantages:

1. The machine has a independent Impeller system, which can produce a strong air-flow to suck the powder out from the grinding chamber in time, and also takes the heat out at same time, so that the characteristic of the product won’t be changed by the heat. So it can grinding some heat-sensitive or sticky product with good result. It’s a Ideal replacement of the Common Grinding machine(the common grinding machine always has some dis-advantages, like powder blocking, machine heating, mini-powder dust flying).
2. Due to the strong air-flow caused during the grinding process, the air-flow in the grinding chamber blows the fine powder out timely (the final powder's size is adjustable by changing the sieve’s size). Thus, the final powder won't stay in the grinding chamber for a long time, which avoid the powder blocking situation inside the chamber. In the meantime, it increases the production capacity.
3. The discharging part is equipped with a sealed rotary discharging device, it can make the discharging process be much more smooth/even, makes sure there is no powder-flying situation during the production.
