●Function description

After the product is mixed by the mixing machine, the silo whose underneath connects with Vibrating tube weighing machine and feeder through a soft connection and the electronic weighing equipment form a closed-loop control system. When the charging process starts, the system will dynamically collect the material in the aluminum barrel in real time. The weight and slit charging accuracy are controlled within 0.5%. When the filling is almost completed, the system will automatically perform the accurate measurement procedure according to the nature of the material.

The aluminum barrel is placed on the electronic scale, and the dispensing head is equipped with a special designed lifting device, after that the dispensing head and the barrel are correctly docked, the manual operation of the dispensing head lifting device is sealed with the dispensing port before the dispensing starts, ensuring There is no dust flying phenomenon during the dispensing process. After each barrel is packed, manually lift the sub-assembly head and manually add the rubber ring, inner cover and outer cover. Then proceed to the next aluminum drum. The dispensing process will be completed under Class A protection.
