Strip packing machine

The SHW series high-speed automatic strip packing machine is a composite packing machine using aluminum foil paper, poly paper, and like as packing materials. It is new product developed via continuous research, improvement and innovation, based on the international advanced technology and in combination with the actual situation of pharmaceutical industry. It is equipped with optical, electrical and pneumatic universal components imported with original packages, thereby ensuring the inherent quality and service life of the product, and realizing high performance, low energy consumption, low noise, frequency conversion, speed regulation and other performance requirements. The machine shell is completely made of stainless steel. The surface of equipment in direct contact with material should be smooth and flat with no dead angle, easy to clean or disinfect and corrosion-resistant. Chemical reactions or absorption with pharmaceutical should be avoided. Moreover, the production, operation, maintenance and servicing should be facilitated, and the machine should comply with GMP requirement.

The machine is applicable to packing of tablets and capsules of various specifications and is widely applied in pharmaceuticals, electronics, food and other fields.
