1. Description and Process of the machine
First, preforms are uploaded from the preform hopper, and then transmitted through the slide conveyor with a preset speed. Then the performs go forward in the slide track and move downward. There is a mechanical wheel to connect the slide track and preform handling mechanism. With the help of mechanical wheel, the performs are divided with equal distance and put into each clamp. Then the performs sit on the clamp and go into the heating chamber. The heating chamber adopts special infrared heating lamps to heat performs with high efficiency. Fully reflective design for the inner wall of heating chamber which improves the utilization rate of infrared heating greatly and saves the energy. During heating process, performs keeps rotating so that the heat could distribute evenly on the performs. After that, chain transmission mechanism is driven by the underneath motor and reducer, each cycle the chain takes every few performs (according to the cavity number) and divided into same distance and forward into the blowing mold. Then servo system drives the mold opening and closing movement. When the mold closed, the preforms are stretched out into empty bottles with the stretching rod and high pressure air function, when the mold opened, empty bottles are output by the bottle transfer mechanism, and then transmitted to washing-filling-sealing station.
2. Blowing Machine Latest Technology
1. It adopts linear servo drive and newest clamping structure. The structure is simple, the room space and weight is reduced, the machine impact is reduced, and speed increased and running more table.
2. The use of new ball-type torque limiter can more effectively protect the relevant mechanisms of the blowing machine, and can automatically correct the position, reduce the technical content of the blowing machine maintenance, maintenance personnel can more easily and quickly handle the fault.
3. The servo motors are all imported from Japan and use network control, which is stable and reliable.
4. Without increasing the space of the blowing machine, the heating system adopts a three-dimensional multi-layer heat lamp heating method. The capacity of the blowing machine are increased, and the energy consumption are reduced.

By adding a closed type dust-proof air inlet hood and an independent filtered air inlet system to the equipment, the air discharge amount of the equipment can be compensated, and no wind can be collected from the purification plant, thereby saving energy consumption. Blowing machine exhaust system adopts independent control, which does not affect the environment of the workshop and has a higher degree of cleanliness. It minimizes the external pollution to the blower.
6. High-performance static eliminator is used to vigorously synchronize the particles with the preform loading and welding ring.

1. A new type of high-speed vertical rotary preform system, replacing preforms of various specifications, eliminating the need for replacement parts, and requiring only easy adjustment and simple operation to complete the specification conversion.
