SYH Three-deimensional Movement Mixer

1. General description
Mixing tank is suspended on ends of driving and driven axles through 2 Y type universal joints that are crossing and vertical to each other in the space. When driving axle is driven to rotate, universal joint makes the tank perform composite motion including horizontal moving, rotation and turning etc. In the tank materials inside flow, diffuse, penetrate each other andfinally form uniform states.

2. Features
1. As a high efficiency mixing equipment, this machine is used for high
homogeneity mixing of powdery and particle materials in areas such as
pharmaceutical, food, chemical, light industry, machinery, electronics, mining and metallurgy, national defense industry and scientific research etc.
2. Materials has no centrifugal force effect, specific gravity segregation, lamination and accumulation during mixing. Each component can be mixed under wide gap of wet proportion, mixing rate reaching above 99.9%.
3. Loading coefficient can be 80%(About 40% for normal ones), and drying time is short
4. With compact structure, and mixing speed is regulated by inverter. So it is very easy to operate.
5. All parts of barrel are arc transited and precisely polished, it meets the GMP requirement.
