Pharmacodynamics Semi-synthetic macrolide antibiotics for animals of the genus Timicosin. It has a strong antibacterial effect on mycoplasma, and its antibacterial effect is similar to Tylosin. The sensitive gram-positive bacteria are Staphylococcus aureus (including penicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus), pneumococcus, Streptococcus, anthrax bacillus, swine erysipelas, listeria, Clostridium putrefaciens, Clostridium emphysema, etc. Sensitive gram-negative bacteria are haemophilus, meningococcus, Pasteurella and so on. The activity against actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, Pasteurella and mycoplasma is stronger than tylosin. 95% of Pasteurella hemolyticus strains are sensitive to this product.
Pharmacokinetic absorption is rapid after internal administration, characterized by strong tissue penetration and large distribution volume (greater than 2L/kg). The concentration is high in the lung, the elimination half-life can reach 1~2 days, and the effective blood concentration is maintained for a long time.
【 Drug interaction 】
(1) The target is the same as other macrolides and lincoamines, and should not be used at the same time.
(2) The combination of β-lactam showed antagonistic effect.
【 Function and use 】 Macrolide antibiotics. It is used to treat chicken respiratory diseases caused by Pasteurella and mycoplasma.
[Usage and Dosage] Mixed drink: 0.3ml for every 1L of water. Used for 3 days.
