HJGC specializes in mid-scale and large-scale synthesis of both DNA and RNA oligonucleotides. Our mid-scale and large-scale oligo synthesis is available with phosphodiester (PO), phosphorothioate (PS) or PO/PS combination backbones. We offer an extensive selection of modifications for oligonucleotides such as linkers, spacers, dyes, and modified bases and sugars. We can perform larger-scale synthesis of almost any modification you may need. If you're looking for mid- to large-scale DNA and RNA oligos with modifications, please submit a quote request and one of our specialists will contact you within 24 hours.
Our standard large scale oligos are typically purified by HPLC and analyzed by PAGE, HPLC and mass spectroscopy. Process development, GMP/QSR manufacturing and unpurified, desalt-only oligos are also available.
