Vacuum Concentrator With Agitator

Introduction

Application:
This evaporator can be operated in either vacuum or constant pressure condition. It can be used
for concentration of water or organic solvent in many industries. It's especially suitable for
continuous concentration in vacuum condition to hot sensitive material (such as Chinese
medicine, antibiotic, fermentation liquor, milk, juice and alcohol extracting solution).

Structure:
This evaporator include concentrated tank, mixer, air and liquid separator, condenser , recycling
tank, valves, meters, control box and so on

Principle:
First fill the liquid into concentrated tank , then heat this machine, the solvent will be evaporate and cooled by cooling water, then flow back to recycling tank.

Feature:
The roundness tank is easy to clean and discharge the material.
The equipment adopts vacuum decompressed concentration and the concentration proportion can get above 1.4.
In view of the thick material, we can configure with mixing device as well as turnover discharge the material.
