Brief Description
This machine is suitable to produce cosmetic cream, such as skin cream, eye cream, hair conditioner, hairdye cream, ointment, Chemical emulsification, toothpaste etc.
Vacuum homogeneous emulsifier is non-standard customized equipment, allocating reasonably according to customers’ process requirements, which applies to products that need to be emulsified and blended. It has low speed wall scrapper. This machine is used to emulsify and blend high viscosity products.
The emulsifier is suitable to disperse, emulsify, homogenize and blend materials combined with high shear emulsifier. It can be widely used and strongly controllable with optional device like feeding system, discharge system, temperature control system, vacuum system, PH On-line measurement and control system, CIP system etc. It also can be customized into sanitary class, used for producing and pilotscale experiment in pharmacy、food and cosmetic industry.
As specified equipment to produce high-end cream, medicinal ointment and emulsion, the complete sets of equipment consist of homogenized emulsifier main pot, water pot, oil pot, vacuum system, electric or steam heating system and electric system etc.
Working principle
With high-precision processing technology and high collaboration between rotor and stator, the powerful motor rotates in high speed and generates vacuum room between rotor and stator, then the materials are sucked from the top and bottom of rotor and stator. The materials will be processed between stator and rotor by high tangential speed caused by strong momentum, after the operation of intensive shearing, centrifugally extruding, impacting and breaking, liquid layer attrition, with the impact of various force, which can generate strong turbulence. The material will eventually become stable emulsion after a certain time repeat depolymerization, dispersion, homogenization, refinement and shearing with moderate emulsifier and mature technology.
Features
The emulsion process of the main pot is carried out in fully sealed condition, the materials in water and oil pot are put into the emulsion main pot through vacuum feeding, which prohibits the contamination from dust and microorganisms. The main pot can be heated or cooled and materials in the pot will be emulsified and dispersed by high speed internal circulation in homogenizer. The materials can be blended in positive and negative double stirring: positive wall scraping blending and negative paddle type blending. Scraper agitator will generate centrifugal effect when it’s working so the PTFE squeegee can stay closed with the interior pot, which solved the problem of sticky materials in the interior pot efficiently without dead angle. The variable frequency speed control device can adjust the speed of scraper agitator arbitrarily. Homogenized blending and paddle blending can be in progress simultaneously or separately. The dispersion, homogenization, emulsion and mix will finish in short time. The equipment specialize in dispersing and homogenizing by the technology and scheme originate from Germany, it can handle the material of viscosity in 1-300000CP easily with the optional device like wall scraping blending and spiral belt blending. At the same you can also measure and control the parts to know well some parameters such as temperature, pressure, and PH etc.
