Vacuum feeder is composed of vacuum pump (no oil, no water), PE filter (or 316L stainless steel filter), compressed air blowback device, pneumatic discharge door device, vacuum hopper and stainless steel suction nozzle, conveying hose, automatic control device of material level, etc.

The whole machine is powered by vortex air pump, which has no oil or water and is suitable for use in clean area.

The whole conveying process is completed in complete airtight condition, eliminating the pollution of dust.

The machine is simple in structure, small in volume, convenient for disassembly and cleaning.
