WFI Plant Structure
Main body: the machine adopts stainless steel frame, all evaporators are uniformly arranged, and the other configurations are orderly and reasonable. All control parts are foreign sanitary products, and evaporators are of dense tube structure, with high heat exchange efficiency.
Evaporator: adopt dense tube array, falling-film evaporation, reasonable water distribution, ensure that water is evenly distributed in all evaporation tubes, adopt unique inner spiral three-stage separation technology, and key components can ensure lower heat source and endotoxin content in distilled water. Evaporators of each effect evaporate in turn, saving energy significantly.
Preheater: adopt dense tube array for heat exchange and efficient preheating to ensure that the raw water is heated to the evaporation temperature, and the shell is insulated to reduce heat loss.
Condenser: the advanced double-pipe, multi-pass and dense tube structure is adopted to ensure sufficient heat exchange and cooling of distilled water to the design temperature.
Piping: avoid stagnant water and dead angle in pipe layout, adopt sanitary clamp connection, polish the outer wall, and arrange neatly and beautifully.
Configuration: The actuators are all of foreign finalized products, which are economical and durable.
Control system: adopt intelligent instrument for automatic control.
