ZJP-300B Roots pump

The pump is equipped with a pair of synchronous reverse-phase high-speed rotating 8-shaped rotors in the pump chamber. During operation, the two rotors generate suction and exhaust in the pump chamber. The pump cannot be separately exhausted and must be combined with the foreline pump ( Such as spool valve, water ring pump, oil ring pump, etc.) are used in series.

The pump is widely used in vacuum coating, chemical, food, pharmaceutical, smelting, motor manufacturing, electronics, solar energy and other industries. Especially when its pre-stage uses a bipolar water ring pump, it can remove gas containing a lot of water vapor, so it is very suitable for distillation evaporation, freeze drying and other production processes.

ZJ- indicates the Roots vacuum pump;

P- indicates that the pump itself has a relief valve;

300- indicates that the pump has a pumping rate of 300 L/s;

B- indicates a modified type.
