1.Silodoxin is a third-generation drug for BPH. It can block the sympathetic nervous system mediated by α1a-adrenergic receptor in the prostate, urethra and bladder triangle of the lower urinary tract tissue, relieve the smooth muscle tension of the lower urinary tract tissue, inhibit the increase of urethral pressure, and thus improve the urination disorder caused by prostate hyperplasia. It is a selective alpha1A adrenergic receptor antagonist for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.
