Sophora Japonica Bud Extract Quercetin Powder
Main Specifications: Quercetin Dihydrate 95%; Quercetin Anhydrous 95%, 98%(USP)
Quercetin is extracted from sophora japonica bud. Quercetin is green yellow powder with bitter taste, slightly soluble in water, easily soluble in alkaline solvent.
Usually quercetin refers to quercetin dihydrate. Moisture of quercetin dihydrate is 8%-12%, while it is less than 4% for quercetin anhydrous. The crystal water in the molecules of quercetin anhydrous has been removed.
Quercetin has antiviral, antibacterial, antioxidant, antiallergic and antithrombotic properties. Quercetin helpful to relive cough, reduce blood pressure and blood fat, and improve capillary resistance. Quercetin powder is used as an ingredient in dietary supplements, beverages, and foods.
