This product is a histamine H2 receptor antagonist, which can reversibly inhibit the effect of histamine on H2 receptors. Therefore, it can inhibit the secretion of basal gastric acid and gastric acid caused by various stimuli, and prevent peptic ulcers. It can enhance cellular immune function, inhibit the activity of inhibitory T cells, have immune stimulating effects on lymphocytes, and have anti-androgenic effects. It can block the binding of dihydrotestosterone to hair follicle receptors and inhibit the secretion of skin glands. It also has antiviral effects, local anesthesia analgesic effects and anti-itching effects. This product is rapidly absorbed after oral administration, and the blood concentration of Chemicalbook60 to 90 minutes after administration reaches a peak, and the biological half-life is about 2 hours. Taking the drug with meals significantly delays the appearance of the peak and prolongs the half-life. Taking 0.4g on an empty stomach, the effective blood drug concentration can be maintained for more than 4 hours, and the acid suppression effect lasts for 5 to 6 hours. This product can pass through the blood-brain barrier, and the concentration in cerebrospinal fluid is about 1/4 of that in the blood; it can also pass through the placental barrier and can be secreted into milk. About 80% is excreted through the kidney in the original form of the drug within 24 hours. The excretion of patients with renal insufficiency is reduced, and the action time of the drug is prolonged. |
