Application of DPL-100/200 Multifunctional Fluid Bed processor

Multifunctional Fluid Bed processor is successfully designed on the basis of absorption,digestion of foregin advanced technologies and years of Jingong process experience, it is one of the main process equipments for the solid dosage production procedure in pharmaceutical industry, it is widely equipped in pharmaceutical companies for the purpose of drying, granulating, pelletizing and coating production.

DPL multi-functional fluid bed processor providing four fluid bed processes:

• Drying：drying powder and granules which capable of flowing.
• Top spray system: usually used for granulation or agglomeration
• Wurster system, that is bottom spray system, usually used for coating granules,pellets.
• The third system is tangent spray system. this system usually used for making pellets.
