Product Description
Natural Lycopene Beadlet 10% CWS consists of red or red-brown beadlets, with few white spots of food starch. The microencapsulation beadlets are manufactured with advanced spray and starch-catching drying technology. The individual lycopene molecules, from blakeslea trispora and extracted from the fungal biomass, purified by crystallization and filtration, are finely dispersed in the matrix of gelatin and sucrose, coated with corn starch. Ascorbyl palmitate and dl-alpha-tocopherol are added as antioxidants.
