Steam Sterilization

In medical practices, hospitals, laboratories and pharmaceutical facilities, sterilization of various devices and equipment is critical.

Three different working cycles of the sterilizer:

Evacuate the air: The air prevents the hot steam from coming into direct contact with the object being sterilized - this is why it must be evacuated from the container. The air pressure is reduced to 100 mbar and hot steam is injected. Repeat this process 3 to 4 times.

Sterilization: Inject steam into the container at a pressure of 2-3bar and 121-134°C and kill all bacteria. During the sterilization process, the vacuum pump does not work.

Drying: After sterilization is completed, the vacuum pump discharges the air in the sterilizer until the vacuum reaches 50 mbar, which is used to dry the objects undergoing sterilization.

Breathing Apparatus

Breathing devices used by patients with lung diseases are equipped with small air ring blowers to compress the breathing air, then filter the air and, if necessary, increase the oxygen content or dose of medicine. Install a valve to regulate the air pressure of the patient's breathing according to the breathing cycle and treatment needs.

Central Vacuum System

Hospitals and surgical clinics use central vacuum systems to remove fluids produced during surgery. A separator is set up near the surgical equipment to separate large and small particles and then handle them appropriately. Often, vacuum systems can be installed farther away due to limited space near surgical equipment.
