Since the birth of the world’s first lactose Tablettose that directly meets direct compression process requirements, MEGGLE has been committed to the R&D and production of the excipients for direct compression to simplify production steps, increase productivity, reduce production cost, and improve product quality: among its products, there is not only the lactose anhydrous DuraLac that can be directly used for dry granulation and direct compression and the spherical lactose monohydrate FlowLac series with good flow and compressibility, but also the Cellactose and MicroceLac series products with excellent flow, blending property and compressibility that are obtained through co-processing cellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, and lactose with special process. MEGGLE also has managed to co-process lactose and starch to obtain StarLac, and has recently successfully launched the CombiLac (lactose+starch+MCC) for direct compression that is co-processed with three common excipients.

Even the common milled and sieved lactose shall also be divided into different varieties according to the micromeritics requirements at the time of application, to separately meet the requirements of granulation for excipients of different particle sizes, and the needs of different processes such as capsule filling and powder preparation, etc.
