Vacuum Freezing Dryer Machine is make the hydrous substance or solution of water frozen into ice solid in a closed container, then make the container is evacuated, when achieving a certain vacuum degree, the ice of the hydrous substance or solution of water will sublimation from a solid into a gas, thus excluding water, dried material is stored. The product can maintain its original state for a long time (active preservation) and easy to dissolve. From the configuration, this machine is composed of Drier, Water Capture, Frame, Console, Compressor unit ,Refrigeration unit ,Vacuum pump unit, Circulation pump unit ,etc. And from the system ,this machine is composed of Cooling System, Hydraulic plug system, Vacuum system ,Heat exchange system, Control Systems, Steam sterilization (cleaning) system, etc.
