    DESCRIPTION

ALVIT BOOST- containing of feed grade Vitamin B1 (Thiamin), Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) & Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) plays a vital role to strengthen the immune system in poultry. Vitamin B1 (Thiamin) helps the body to break down carbohydrates, fat and protein to produce energy and affect enzymes that influence the muscles, nerves, and heart. Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) helps the body process amino acids and fats, makes antibodies and red blood cells and maintain good vision & feathers.  Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) helps the body break down protein, and helps maintain the health of red blood cells, the nervous system, and parts of the immune system. A deficiency of feed grade Vitamin B in broilers can lead to Polyneuritis, Curled toe paralysis, impedance, dermatitis, glorifies, stomatitis etc. In layers it has been shown that an increase in Vitamin B concentration (Vitamin B1 4mg/kg; Vitamin B2 10mg/ Kg; Vitamin B6 4mg/Kg) in feed resulted in a significant decrease the deficiency and increase in egg production. A deficiency of feed grade Thiamin in the initial stages of deficiency, lethargy and head tremors may be noted. A marked decrease in appetite is seen in birds fed a thiamine-deficient diet. , Riboflavin affect egg production, and riboflavin-deficient eggs do not hatch and Pyridoxine deficiency causes retarded growth, dermatitis, and anemia.. It would be advisable to give the hens more Vitamin B during heat stress, increase appetite, better nerve growth but also in cases of immunological stress, because of its involvement in antibody synthesis.
