This product is an aminoglycoside antibacterial drug. The injection is suitable for severe infections caused by sensitive Gram-negative bacilli and staphylococcus (methicillin-sensitive strains), such as bacteremia or septicemia, bacterial endocarditis, lower respiratory tract infection, bone and joint infection, biliary tract infection, abdominal infection, complex urinary tract infection, skin and soft tissue infection, etc. Because it is stable to most aminoglycoside inactivating enzymes, it is especially suitable for the treatment of severe infections caused by kanamycin, gentamicin or tobramycin resistant strains of gram-negative bacilli. External use for severe traumatic infection caused by sensitive bacteria; Ophthalmic use is suitable for conjunctivitis and keratitis caused by sensitive bacteria.Amikacin mainly acts on the ribosomes in bacteria, inhibits bacterial protein synthesis, and destroys the integrity of bacterial cell walls, resulting in the destruction of bacterial cell membranes and cell death.
