Anti-corrosion Electrical Plating Chiller

1. The anti-corrosive flooded scroll chiller is applied for the field of anodizing, acid (alkaline) zinc plating, chrome plating, tin plating etc.

Equipped with Kingfit patent anti-corrosive flooded evaporator and Kingfit patent high efficiency heat exchange tube, it will improves rate of COP in biggest grade, and save 20% power consumption than other direct style chiller.

2. Scroll and Flooded in one refrigeration system, multi-system emitted module to achieve high efficiency during the low loading of rectifier.

3. In order to void corrosion by corrosive solution, reduce power consumption and easy to clean the heat exchangers, we specially design our own-patent anti-corrosion high efficiency heat exchange tubes to cool corrosive solution directly.

4. Scroll and Flooded in one refrigeration system the oil return stably and easy to control.

5. Scroll and Flooded in one refrigeration system has low maintenance cost, customer can maintain the chiller by themselves.
