Formula automatic conveying and weighing system for processing aids is designed to feed material via low level informing and to manage by barcode scan for error-proof, tracking the quantity of storage and data confirmation. Customized specifications can be ranged from 2 feeders 1 scale to 30 feeders 15 scales.

◎The accuracy of single material can be down to ± 0.2%.

(Variances are due to surroundings, properties of the materials, or humidity.)

◎The tolerance of single material under 1000g is ± 2g. The output batch number after weighing is about 20~50 bags per hour.

◎Dust collector is equipped to reduce dust dispersing.

◎The interface of dust collector is reserved for optional equipment.

◎Equipped with rotary conveying belt for constant weighing

◎The wireless Barcode Scanner with alarm function is equipped to check the amassed raw material in storage.

◎Multiple speeds of feeding are controlled by PLC program.

◎HMI touch screen shows prompt production, formula setting, speed accuracy setting, batch setting, the amount of materials used daily/monthly, and abnormality alarm messages.
