1)The operator can fully master the machine’s stepless speed adjustment, parameters, production statistics, pressure and fault display with high-grade LCD PLC and operating screen combined with button, which ensure simple operation.
2)Competing the full process of supply pipe , marking bench , filling inert gases(optional), filling the material, sealing tail, printing the batch NO. and discharging finished production automatically.
3)The high-precision bench marking system lower the error range of color differenc between tube and mark.
4)Adjusting external number display fast and accurately (suitable for various types and specifications).
5)Integration of machine, light, electricity and gas, no pipe no filling, when the pipe is not proper or the pressure is low, it will be shown automatically on the screen. The machine stop immediately when the protective door is open.
