PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

Bottle Blowing-Filling-Sealing Machine (BFS) is a aseptic packaging technology. The system can ensure the process such as pharmaceutical grade PP/PE particles extrusion into container, automatic filling and sealing under aseptic conditions. It can effectively reduce the pollution of human operation, environment, and materials, etc. It meets the requirements of aseptic production process which is widely applied to various areas of plastic bottle sterile liquid preparation.

CHARACTERISTICS:

1)       The solutions has no contact with the external environment, which can guarantee the inner quality of the product to the greatest extent;

2)       Adopt time-pressure quantitative filling system without any moving parts;

3)       BFS composite mandrel is driven by a linear motor to prevent the risk of hydraulic oil leakage and contamination of the filling nozzle. There are no moving parts and seals in the composite mandrel to prevent the particles from contaminating the product;

4)       All process air pipelines and product pipelines can realize automatic online cleaning and online sterilization without any manual operation

5)       It can be arranged in black and white partitions to reduce the area of the clean area and improve the safety of the product;

6)       The equipment occupies less area;

7)       The equipment adopts modular design, convenient maintenance and low cost;

8)       Fully automatic operation, without personnel intervention.
