    BIONOON FREEZON 28T T-Shelf Freeze Dryer

    This precision laboratory instrument processes medium-volume freeze-drying applications. It features 28 rubber-sealed valves for simultaneous mounting of 28 wide-mouth or flask-shaped bottles. Equipped with an advanced imported compressor the unit achieves a no-load temperature of minus 65 degrees Celsius in standard configuration. An optional minus 90 degrees Celsius compressor enables ultra-low temperature operation.

    This equipment is ideal for processing bacteria fungi polypeptides microbial strains and other samples requiring specialized preservation. Its coil-type condenser has 25-liter capacity with 15-liter ice capacity per batch and measures 300 by 320 millimeters. Customizable independent material conduits prevent cross-contamination ensuring sterile processing.

    The intelligent system includes automated defrosting drainage vacuum release power failure protection and remote monitoring. Operations are managed via a 10-inch touchscreen displaying real-time data with single-touch control. The integrated floor-standing compact design combines vacuum and freeze-drying systems enabling plug-and-play operation without complex piping. This space-efficient structure optimizes laboratory workspace.

    2. Automatic Defrosting and Drainage

    Dual defrosting modes (hot gas defrosting and electric defrosting) with automatic defrosting and drainage, effectively shortening the defrosting cycle and reducing energy consumption.

    3. Automatic Vacuum Relief

    Automatically relieves vacuum after the experiment ends, compatible with filter connection or nitrogen purging to ensure sample cleanliness.
