c-JUN peptide is the 33-57th peptide containing the JNK binding (δ) domain of human c-Jun, and contains 25 amino acids in the sequence. Research shows that disrupting the JNK/c-Jun interaction can lead to inhibition of serum-induced c-Jun phosphorylation, up-regulation of p21cip/waf and regulation of inflammatory gene expression, and specifically induce HeLa tumor cell apoptosis.
