Capsule & Tablet Checkweigher

Capsule checkweigher is suitable for fast capsule weighing one by one and rejecting unqualified products. It is usually arranged after the polishing process in the filling workshop. This equipment can be used for model 000, 00, 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 capsules and other types of capsules with smooth and non-sticky surface without changing the mold. Besides, it can also be used for tablet checkweighing and rejecting. The checkweighing speed of each channel is 1.6 capsules/sec, the weighing range is 0-5000mg, and the highest dynamic detection accuracy is ±2mg. The unqualified capsules can be automatically rejected by setting the upper and lower limits of qualified weight of a single capsule.
