【 Pharmacological action 】 Antibacterial drugs. Sulfamethoxine has a broad spectrum of antibacterial activity and has strong inhibition on most gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. By competing with p-aminobenzoic acid for dihydrofolate synthetase, sulfamethoxine can inhibit the synthesis of folate by sensitive bacteria. By inhibiting dihydrofolate reductase, trimethoprim can not reduce dihydrofolate to tetrahydrofolate, and hinder the metabolism and utilization of folate by sensitive bacteria. Combined use of the two can simultaneously block folic acid metabolism from two different links and produce synergistic antibacterial effect.
【 Function and use 】 sulfonamides antibacterial drugs. For sensitive bacteria caused by swine respiratory tract, digestive tract, urinary tract infection.
[Usage and dosage] Intramuscular injection: one dose, 0.2~0.3ml per 1kg body weight. Use it once or twice a day for 2-3 days.
[Adverse reactions] Excessive dose is prone to acute poisoning, mainly manifested as nervous excitation, ataxia, anorexia, vomiting, diarrhea and other symptoms as well as hematopoietic function and urinary system damage.
