The DZH-120 Horizontal & Intermittent Cartoning Machine is suitable for Lens, medicine, toothpaste soap ,cosmetic,food etc.  such as cake ,biscuit ,milk pouch ,chocolate bar, coffee sachet, sticks, food sachet/pouch, ice cream/popsicle, cheese, frozen product, chicken, can, food tray, pillow pack product ,film roller ,tissue, bulb ,bearing, pencil, protective pad ,mask and so on.

This cartoner can automatic feeding product or feeding by manual. The product feeding on the machine conveyor blet,then leaflet fold (1-4folds) and feeding, leaflet detecting, canton opening and forming, products and leaflet pushing into carton, printing batch number, sealing carton with tuck-in or hot melt glue device. Automatically reject lacking of leaflet or product and finished product out.
DZH-120 cartoner is equipped with a series of sensors and automatic protective devices to assure the machine runs safely and effectively
It can connect with Tube Filling and sealing Machine, Pillow Pack Machine,Overwrapping machine , etc., to form a Production Packaging Line.
