Florfenicol

Flufenicol is a synthetic antibiotic of thiamphenicol. Like chloramphenicol and thiamphenicol, it has shown strong activity against many gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria. Veterinary antimicrobial for bacterial diseases of pig, chicken and fish caused by sensitive bacteria, for bacterial diseases of pig, chicken and fish caused by sensitive microchemicalbook bacteria, especially for respiratory system infection and intestinal infection. In the European Union, it has been approved for the treatment of respiratory infections in cattle in 1995 and in pigs in 2000.
