Overall

When the machine is under the PLC control, the bottles are conveyed by the conveyor belt to the preheating area, high temperature area (oven set temperature≥350℃,time for passing the high temperature area≥5min) and cooling area. The speed of the conveyor belt is steplessly adjustable and the laminar flow wind speed adopts variable frequency adjustment. The temperature is adjusted and monitored by the color display. After drying and sterilization, the bottles will automatically enter the subsequent equipment in the production line. The whole process can be monitored and operated by the display. The temperature monitoring system can carry out setting, display, monitoring, recording and printing. The whole running process is under the protection of 100-grade laminar flow.

◆ It adopts imported liquid crystal display (TP) and programmable logic controller (PLC) to carry out accurate programmable setting and control of process parameters relating to heating, running, and etc.

◆ The wind volume in the machine can be subject to automatic variable frequency balancing at different sections.

◆ The temperature monitoring system can carry out setting, display, monitoring, recording and printing, and is provided with such functions as fault alarming, display, and etc.

◆ In the complete 100-grade laminar flow purification system, the air inlet and cooling section are provided with protection of the clean layer to prevent outside air from entering the machine and ensure that production is carried out with the work room maintained under a 100-grade status.

◆ The machine is designed in according with the GMP requirements.
