Granulation Drying Closed Transfer WIP System

1 Raw material for production are packed in a moveable container and sent to the high-shear mixed granulator by a lifter or a vacuum feeder.

2 Binders are added to the mixed granulator by a spray gun.

3 After granulation, the material flows through the discharge system to the wet mill installed on the wet granulation.

4 The material is pumped into the fluidized bed by gravity and the negative pressure of the fluidized bed.

5 After drying, the particles are transferred to the dry mill by lifting or high-power vacuum discharging machine.

6 Finally, particles are ready for mixture, tableting or split charging.

7 The whole process is finished in one container without powder, rapidly and efficiently. Wet granulate machine, fluid bed processor and mill are all equipped with WIP system.
