heated preservation metering pumps are designed to transport media that thicken, solidify or crystallize at room temperature, maintain a certain temperature and flow easily, such as asphalt, paraffin, rosin, heavy oil, resin and liquids with similar properties. The temperature is not higher than 280'c.
The pump body is equipped with a circulation interlayer, which can be used for heat transfer oil, steam, hot water, cold water and other media to heat the transported liquid and the pump. Insulation and cooling, after the pump is stopped, the medium in the pump can still be melted, so that the highly viscous medium can fill the pump cavity, truly playing the role of transporting highly viscous media.
