Human Prothrombin Complex

PCC, also called PPSB, is the Prothrombin Complex Concentrate containing II, VII, IX and X factors. The four blood coagulation factors are compounded by the vitamin K mediate in the liver.
One unit PCC in the world contains 1IU of Factor IX, almost the same amount of II and X and much less VII. 
It is generally considered that PCC is basically equal to Factor IX.
