Hygienic Usit®

The Hygienic Usit® is one of Freudenberg Sealing Technologies' special developments for hygienic applications in the process industry. It guarantees hygienic screw connections and prevents the formation of bacteria under the screw head. Therefore it can be used for areas in contact with the product as well as in open processes. Thanks to the cooperation with the German company HEINRICH KIPP WERK, the washers are available with hygienic screws and cap nuts. This connection is available in different dimensions. The portfolio includes usit-rings in the materials 70 EPDM 291, 70 EPDM 253815 and 75 Fluoroprene® XP 45.
