Function
LF-16 is an automatic counting machine designed for the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and food industries specifically. The function of PP-16 is the automatic counting of product collection, when it is a capsule counter machine, it is excellent.
Working Principle
Take the tablet counting machine for pharmacy as an example.
1、Product (A) are loaded into the two hoppers (B) manually or automatically (optional), and then fed onto the two sets of three-grade vibratory plates (C).
2、By adjusting the vibration frequency of the vibratory plates, the products can be allowed to move through 32 channels of the plates continuously and in a single file.
3、At the end of channels, the products fall into 32 detection tunnels (D), where the products are counted with the help of a combination of sensors (E) and a control system.
4、Collect the counted products on the nozzle gate (H). When the preset count has reached, the tunnel gate (F) closes at the same time, the nozzle gate (H) opens to allow the counted products in the funnel (G) to drop into the bottle via the nozzle (I).
5、After filling the bottle, the nozzle gate (H) closes while the tunnel gate (F) opens. Meanwhile, the bottle positioning cylinders work to release the filled bottle and get the next empty bottle positioned under the nozzle.
Performance
The tablet counting machine for pharmacy PP-16 is a reliable, high-performance automatic counting machine, designed in conformance with current and proposed GMPs. Having a small footprint, they are effective in maintaining the integrity of a cleanroom environment. Few change parts are needed for different container sizes (only the nozzle). All product contact parts of the automatic counting machines are made of type 316 stainless steel. And all contact parts can be easily disassembled for cleaning.
