WORKING PRINCIPLE
Bottles are fed into conveyor via bottle separator. A product sensor detects the presence of a bottle, instructs to dispense a label. Liner is rewinded and the motion is controlled by a label sensor. Side conveyor enhances the labeling performance.

2、Dual rollers to ensure label dispensing accurately, compact desigh for easy changeover of labels.
3、Manufacturing date, lot number and expiry date are clearly printed on each label by hot stamping printer. It is designed with quick changeover of foils. (Optional)
4、No repositioning of sensors is needed when changing bottle or label sizes.
5、Maximum 50 job setups can be stored in mem ory f or various bottle labeling.
6、Compact structure, reliable performance and easy adjustment.
7、MCU programmable controller is used with communication interface to enhance control signal transmission between upstream equipments.
