As one of the thirteen key laboratories of AVIC Technology Foundation Establishment, the Aviation Key Laboratory of Science and Technology on Precision Manufacturing in Beijing Precision Engineering Institute for Aircraft Industry was founded in March, 2006. In China, we have been holding the lead in the field of precision/ultra precision measurement and manufacture. We have advanced production equipments and remarkable technical strength. In the research of science and technology, we principally perform the study on design and development of the basic components and inspection equipments of precision/ultra precision, processing techniques of special materials and complex parts of precision/ultra precision, measurement techniques of precision/ultra precision etc. We possess the independent intellectual property rights of a large number of advanced series equipments and instruments, such as multi-axis aspheric ultra precision processing equipment (the maximum of processing diameter can be F1000mm) , ultra precision grinding equipment, ultra precision grinding and polishing equipment, non-contact multi-axis precision measuring machine etc.
